The weight-optimized, compact and precise special transfer for cold forming.
Safe, precise and economical
With two drive units positioned between the press uprights on the entry and exit side and a carriage for the feed movement, Compact Mono Beam is the most compact Schuler transfer system. Thanks to high rigidity and a lightweight, high production rates are possible.
The parts transportation is carried out using hydraulically driven active grippers, whereby both high production rates and maximum precision are achieved.
The compact and streamlined structure simplifies the planning of the entry and exit side of the parts. As a result, high production rates can be realized.
The modular design and easy die change simplify operation: The transfer rails do not have to be removed for this purpose.
