Asynchronous movement profiles, selectable clamping box positions on the entry and exit side as well as three freely programmable axes with perfectly synchronized movement provide you with the best adaptability for all components.
Perfectly synchronized sequences guarantee safe parts transportation with high flexibility. Due to the U-shaped travel, several work steps can be performed with one die.

- Three-part transfer rails with exchangeable middle section operate between the press uprights.
- Asynchronous movement profiles for maximum flexibility during parts movement.
- Three programmable axes with perfectly synchronized movement for highest flexibility and safe parts transportation.
- Material feed also possible along the direction of running and U-shaped travel.
- Clamping boxes can be attached on the inside and outside of the press uprights or between the press uprights, thereby enabling the easy adaptation to all kinds of presses and system concepts.
- Highest degree of flexibility in design based on the modular structure, during the planning phase for new presses and in retrofitting of previously existing presses.

Servopresse TSD 1600
Servo press TSD with roll feed unit, cross-cut shear and modular electronic three-axis transfer system. Schuler systems are used to manufacture not only automotive parts, but also components for washer and dryer units, among other products. With this 1,600-ton servo press, the yield was increased by up to 50% with the existing parts!
